TERMS

Terms of service

Effective 29 August 2026

These are the terms for using Plyo (plyo.dev). Short version: your code is yours, don't use Plyo to harm anyone, and remember it's beta software. Questions: hello@plyo.dev.

Plyo is in beta

Plyo is beta software, provided as-is. We work hard to keep your versions safe and your sites up, but we can't promise uninterrupted service or that nothing will ever go wrong. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose — exporting takes one click.

Your code stays yours

You own everything you upload or import. We claim no rights over your projects beyond the licence we need to do the job you asked for: storing your code, building it, and serving it when you publish. That licence ends when you delete the project.

Acceptable use

Don't use Plyo to:

If a project breaks these rules we may take it offline or remove it. Where it's reasonable to do so, we'll contact you first.

Free plan limits

Plyo is free while in beta. Limits on the free plan (projects, builds, storage) may change as we learn what the service costs to run. We'll give you notice before any change that affects your existing projects.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months — currently £0. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and email you about anything significant. Carrying on using Plyo after a change means you accept the new terms.
